Smokers do not bother me one bit. I think the restrictions have gone too far. In th UK, you can't smoke outside a pub. You cannot even smoke in a bus shelter with three sides open. The amount of pollution in the air is tiny and not worth bothering about. Good luck with this new bar. 👍

So 4 people get rat arsed and decide to buy and open a bar all with a 25% stake supposedly and who can we put up as the front man, Lets call it Webby's bar and he'll put in 100% of the effort for 25% of any profit and when it all goes tits up he'll be left with 100% of the fall out as his 3 silent partners slink into the sunset their monies intact. I watched one of Webby's vlogs and he already sounds despondant and doesn't know the price of a drink although he is putting a brave face on it, as they say Marry in haste and repent in leisure. I really hope he can pull it off, if he does he'll be in the 10% club. I really do wish him well.

Not a bad video Wyn, but as has already been said before, if you are going to do interviews in the future then you should invest in a couple of microphones, as the sound wasn't as good as it could have been. And the people in the bar didn't help with their talking and banging in the background. Maybe they didn't realise you were doing an interview to help advertise the bar for a friend.

It was my 5th visit to Thailand and I must admit I do prefer open bars plus the gents clubs I went in I thought were expensive compared to previous years. I was in there a couple of months ago with my mate Pete and it was fine, girls were OK even with us "old gits". Bars are a bit "hot & cold" here so need to keep that in mind, unfortunately "first impressions" tend to win the day.

They rent the bars and it’s shares so there are 4 people it’s never your bar wyn there is only one way in owning it out right that’s put it in a Thais name could be dangerous. Make a company but the Thai authorities up to date on this. But I have met half Thais half foreigners who have Thai ID cards they can own them wyn a lot of these foreigners never own the bars. I do love the Indians who have been in Thailand for years they marry a Thai woman and when there children are 21 that is the law they can own it outright if your child is 18 under thai law the parent thai parent is the executive even if it’s bought for you but 21 that is yours that what many people do but I have noticed it’s mostly Indians who take advantage of this law white people for some reason don’t you can lease land for 75 years and build on it and you can build beautiful houses and if you build them and even concrete or wood stilts can be removed a clause in law you can own the house so many lease land and build like this but thai wives hate foreigners knowing this for some reason.
