Did this today 3april2023. It's amazing such a special place. One hell of a scramble down the cliff. I was born in Swansea it's always epic to come home and visit. England is so boaring compared. It's such a sneaky path down to it 😅had a cheeky smoke in there as well with Mary Jane 😉

Hahah not going to lie, the second half of 2021 nailed me. I have around 5 videos in the bank ready to be edited! This comment may have given me the motivation to pick it back up in Jan 🤸♀️🙌 Thank you

Watched your video this morning and just took the small child to the cave. We couldn’t get right down due to the tide not being out far enough but got a cracking view from the end of the path down. Cheers. 👍

That's awesome! Haha "the small child" tickled me. Hopefully now that you know where it it, next time you'll get to go inside too!

@@Empire92online yeah...didn’t time it right with tides today. Did manage to get across to the end of Worms Head yesterday though. 👍

I have been there so many times when i go to the Gower on my regular holidays from Warwickshire absolutly love Smugglers Cove and the misteries surrounding it, you can get to it via the beech from Overton but be careful with the tides, almost got caught there one year lol. Btw have you tried the fish and chips from Port Eynon chippy?
@Empire92online3 жыл бұрын
That's awesome! Yeah, you definitely have tk check tide times down here. I think I have tried the chippy but my fave spot is definitely the Ship 🤤

I was told the entrance was blocked for a long time, so apparently it's quite lucky that people can now go inside. Also heard it housed pigeons or something like that, don't quote me though!

I went to check this out last month. I've been to Port Eyon loads of times but didn't know this was there until I saw a photographer post a picture of it. So went to check it out. It is on Google maps I believe, which helps to find it. Although it's very hard going up and down the rocks (I had to slide down on my bum). But was definitely worth it. When I went all the floor was covered in seaweed! So was super slippy. The tide goes out loads more than that so you can walk from the beach, and walk around to the next beach. I wouldn't recommend this for small kids. And do wear good shoes lol. I'd love to find out more about it, but as you said no seems to know much. I heard there are caves that run to the salt house 🤷

I can't believe I grew up here and I'm still finding things like this! I heard the same rumour about the caves. Maybe one day we'll find out!
