I recently received my copy of your book and love that the same day I read about this very topic that you very briefly touched on in said book this video came out. As for my own practice I have no issue using baneful spells & curses when such would bring positive results.

My Mam-gu Gave me a lucky lump of Coal that I keep with me. She was a rather Spiritual person and both me and mother both still have our lumps of Coal. I think it was a keepsake she gave to people who she respected. (Though this may be off topic I felt I would tell you as it reminded me when I watched this vid.)

Mhara, I just want to confirm the accuracy of some of the valuable information you have given here - in particular, the power of women to shame other people by exposing their breasts. This is from PERSONAL experience - A few years ago, an in-law who happens to be an older Irish woman bared her breasts as she verbally insulted her nieces and other family members. (I was in the very next room when this occurred, and I was ushered out of the apartment and later informed of the disturbance at the family get-together, how things went wrong). The other incident involves a great-aunt of mine (and SHE was not Irish!) but she did the very same thing when she wished to intimidate a group of children (and, as a child of 6 years old, I was among them). Incredible! It must be a European thing, a strange cultural relic, a survival from a ruder time, but I will bet my last dollar that the majority of people have NEVER experienced or heard of this custom. Thank you for sharing your knowledge! There is much in what you say!!!!

Diolch yn fawr. I love listening to your videos. I learnt welsh as a teenager at school and was terrible at it. I now have more of an appreciation of it and want to learn more of the folk side, as the language is deeper than just words being said. Living in NZ I doubt I would be able to practice my poor Welsh skills on someone... lol but living here, makes you more aware of your ancestary. I also love the first "curse" for the home. I may use this to protect mine.. Phil ❤️

You and I are going to have future conversations, lol. I have strong past life memories of a life in Wales, near Dunraven Bay in Southern downs in 5th century just after the Roman occupation, specifically, the 450’s. I already have had some specific astrological data verified and would love to discuss further with you. My person has the same memories, for we died the same day from a fall from those cliffs. Please reach out if you can.

I’m a strong believer that curses are a part of witchcraft. I do encourage people to not do that to people though. But I can understand when someone pushes you off the edge.

It's really annoying to me i simply asked how to curse someone who literally stole my rent money, putting me in a huge financial bind. And i was bombarded with "threefold! Itll come back to you" or "you're so bad for that!" I even referenced them to your work, and explained i prefer to follow folk traditions, i just wasnt sure how to go about it and wanted insight

I hear you! Most witches today don't know anything about their Craft that's what I've come to learn and then I remember though Witches have covens and circles, the vast majority of us are private and solitary practitioners for a reason. It's because it's hard being around people. Especially to those who should be close and similar to you, only to find out they're completely veered in a different direction.
