She can beat current Welt but as for prime Welt, it's uncertain. Acheron can cut space and has the same type of power as Welt black hole power as she is an Emanator of a literal black hole, the same black hole that swallowed her home world and she alone survived.

The guy above me is mostly wrong. Both Hi3 and HSR show Welt as a not physically powerful character. In a side story, Welt showed a moment of ridiculous power against a relatively meager foe. But for both the Hi3 and HSR main story to make sense, Welt's side story power cannot be taken at face value. Functionally, Welt is not a powerful character and is definitely weaker than Acheron.

Welt vs 4 Herrscher Cores Sirin who got boosted by the Will of Honkai itself is where you can see Welt's full power. In terms of feats, Acheron barely has any feats while Welt has a lot. In terms of statements, Welt has greater/better abilities mentioned/stated in the game.

It really is confusing. I mean, did this woman not defeat her world's incarnation of Kevin and Finality all by herself, with no Kiana or Bronya equivalent to help her? BEFORE becoming an Emanator at that? So how is Welt vs her even a conversation to be had? It can't be because of some super secret HI3 lore only HI3 players would know, because that same lore makes it clear that Welt is less than nothing compared to Finality.

I quitted that game for thr gacha system but the power level the Herchers have is ridiculous. Acheron literally said to welt if things come dire she will use her "meager" power to help. When Welt was about to unleash the real power of the Star of Eden(his cane) Acheron intervined. Because if Welt does that a planet dissapearing is the least of your worries.

A swordsman who can cut a black hole. Not that impressive considering that os exactly what Welt does in his Ult. Cut a barrier keeping death out, needs more elaboration for it to be more impressive than Welt being able to tear through Imaginary Barriers, also the fact Death is irrelevant for him due to being able to recreate his body at will. Where does the first feat even come from? Myriad Celestia trailer? We only see her send a slash to a Black Hole, there is no indication she actually cut through it. I am of the opinion that Acheron>Welt but the feats you proposed are just not defined enough. Welt is certainly not far behind.
