In the 80s, countless times I read that Road and Track top speed article featuring the RUF Yellowbird. Legendary. This new one appears to be spectacular. Can you imagine how wild it would be to drive that monster? Over 700 hp, 2700lbs, rear engine and rear drive, that is lovely.

When R&T used to be a great. As a kid, I had the top speed article with the F-40, ZR-1, Diablo, RUF, Alpina, etc. It was circa 1991. I went through that magazine everyday. The Alpina blew me away being a 4 door car. Now they're written by cringey people who drink too much Cappamochachino with almond milk from Starbucks in an ego friendly cup.

TRUE that the handful of companies that produce 911 resto mods such as singer do deliver a beautiful product. but there's something very special about what roll's out of RUF. they definitely have a connection to the porsche that's not found anywhere else. just magnificent.

na lol RUF was the best decades ago. They arent even close anymore. Singer is literally in a different WORLD lmao. Like WILDY DIFFERENTLY. Gunther is also surpassing RUF. Ruf is just riding off the coat tails of what they did in the past. Singer makes EVERYTHING. Their own custom Carbon bucket seats, headlights, tail lights etc and all to a insane degree. Gunther gets close. Ruf is using recaro in a 1m car lmao st ill aamzing car but come on man. Singer has williamsons F1 helping with the engine. etc etc

Contact hill marine as the props for diesel and gas are different due to the rpm ranges of both. I have them for my boat and they are super knowledgeable

They do the same thing at Mercedes. The engines go straight from the assembly line to testing. And they rev the crap out of 'em! "We haven't blown an engine yet, and we sure aren't about to start now!" So I took my job pretty seriously.
