The short film "Weltschmerz" deals with suppression and hallucination and is based on the realization, that feelings (or problems on a larger scale) can't be suppressed and ignored for a long time. It was partly filmed with a 35mm f2.8 Vormaxlens and Sirui 50mm f1.8.

Ich bin begeistert :) besonders gut gefallen mir die Farben in Kombination aus Wald und Location! War die teilweise Unschärfe auf dem Gesicht als Stilmittel beabsichtigt? Black Sleep hat mir auch super gefallen. Du hast ein gutes Händchen für Geschichten und tolle Darsteller. Was mich noch interessieren würde: Wie managest du das mit Einreichungen auf Festivals? Läuft das über shortfilmdepot oder hast du eine Liste mit allen Festivals? Ich bin auf jeden Fall gespannt, wie’s bei dir weitergeht :) liebe Grüße aus Dresden!

Hey Louis! Danke fürs Lob erstmal :) Die (un-)Schärfe lag einfach am objektiv, das ein relativ altes objektiv als Taking Lens verbaut hat. Ich fand allerdings, dass dieser eher weiche Look gut passt um Georges verträumte (&verdrängende) Weltsicht zu zeigen. Festivaleinreichungen habe ich über die Plattformen Filmfreeway & Festivals4u geregelt. Super freut mich, wir laufen uns sicher nochmal übern Weg, vielleicht ja nächstes Jahr auf nem Festival ^^ Beste Grüße

Danke! Ja, wir haben mit einer Kombi aus alter anamorpher Projektorlinse & Vintage Objektiv gedreht, die "Vormaxlens" zusammensetzt und verkauft ^^
