"Fresh bread" - as quick and easy as never before:
📙 Hardcover https: amzn.to/3SZAmfw

Baking bread can be so easy. I used to resist baking my own bread... Make sourdough, knead the bread dough forever, let it rise for 8 hours, knead again, let the bread dough rise again. That alone put me off.
Until at some point I wanted to bake my first bread.
As a mother of 3 children who works full time, I don't have time to let my bread rise for 20 hours and then painstakingly knead it in between. Things have to happen quickly, which is why I always try to develop quick recipes and lo and behold, it works wonderfully.
Quick recipes work just as well! Especially bread without flour!!
Since then I have loved baking bread. No matter whether bread with flour or without flour, whether made from oat flakes, muesli, vegan or gluten-free. Whether from the oven, bread from the cocotte or completely new: bread without an oven, simply in the cooking pot or in the pan, on the stovetop.
I love baking bread in all its variations and I painstakingly created all of my recipes myself and tested them until they were perfect.
When it comes to my recipes, you can be sure that I won't introduce you to anything that I'm not convinced of myself.
Baking bread has never been so easy.
If you have any questions, ask them in the comments, I'll be happy to help you.

Thanks to Tupperware for giving me the Ultra (2l) for free use.
However, I am at no time obliged to present the product in a positive light, but rather only express my own opinion here.
