@@madamrose8960 Doctors have a duty to warn patients of potential complications of any procedures. Bariatric surgery has a lot of risks and lifetime complications which I doubt if she was given an informed consent. That is why this surgery is only recommend for those who are morbidly obese as a life saving procedure. Wema was only OBESE AND did not need to be saved. No where in this video did the doctors say anything about diabetes or high blood pressure being the secondary reason for this surgery. They needed someone to advertise their brand and didn't care to follow the guidelines. Bariatric surgery can cause serious complications in years to come. Such as pernicious anemia, dumping syndrome, hair loss, osteoporosis, inflammatory disorders, pathological bone fractures and so on. She is smiling now coz it's only been a few months

We shouldn't be too quick to judge, surgery reacts differently to everyone, the aftermath comes with depression and the results are prolonged. She probably needed time to feel okay and be able to represent that well. With all that bullying and dislikes she had to squash after her weight loss..she might have needed time..she said on the video she hoped will be able to expand international afterwards now she hardly make it national while before surgery she went international. Now she is starting to stabilise you should give her time it's a human health at risk, a living breathing life not a business advertisement

thank you. That's sober thinking. Some judgmental people here would be so quick to accept such surgery if it was being offered to them too. Change in life is inevitable but still requires time to adjust. I do not see a problem with having the surgery if one thinks it would do them good and boost their esteem after all our opinion of obesity and over weight is different

Guys , I think before we jump to judging Wema, we should as ourselves. Of she signed a contract with Viva Serenity and she breached it by failing to promote them, why haven't they sued her in Court, why haven't we seen court documents summoning her to answer to charges of breach of contract . To me I believe, there is a condition in the contractor that Viva Serenity failed to fulfand so Wema refused to promote them. Don't you think she knows that they have videos of her and them arranging the surgery, she definitely knows, and so she has chosen to keep her silence. @wemasepetu, I am all the way behind you, we shouldn't judge her harshly because she is in the limelight, but we should try and analyse the situation.
