Weminuche Wilderness, Day 1-3 of 5

After many years we make back to Colorado and explore the scenic San Juan Mountains and the Rio Grande National Forest. This is the Weminuche Wilderness!

Nice ! This is probably my favorite place that I’ve ever hiked ! Don’t know why ..... but I love the Weminuche ! Have plans to head back sometime this summer 2021. Great video ! Good Job! 👍

It was a way tougher hike than I had planned. I was going to do at least 8 or more miles with lots of climbing. It couldn't get it in. Day 3 was way longer than anticipated. I thought since it was along a feeder creek, it would be easy, it wasn't.
