Wen tools.com 14 x 20 Lathe, Two month review, 200 plus bowls

It's time to give my review after 200 plus bowls filmed and many more not filmed.. I've been very hard on this machine. every day a bowl or ten has been turned. big and heavy logs to light large cedar platers.. for the most part it has done well. It is a bit under powered in my book, but gets the job done..

sadly I litterly walked back out to the shop after this review and the machine runs and stops and runs and stops.. I think the speed regulator went. wich is the most common issue with power tools with varrible spead regulators. But I'm sure Wenproducts will fix the issue. so I ended up ordering anothe unit that is a 12x18 with out the varrible speed. as a back up when this like this happen. every product at some point will break. To me it's about customer service. I will report back the results after i contact WEN..

@@ph34r9 they sent me a new control box. I only used it once then go into other work. I'm concerned at some point they won't cover it and ill be stuck with a pile of suseless metal.
