JFK was the first conspiracy I ever delved into properly and it destroyed me. I was in middle school and it was the first time I'd read about how evil the US government could truly be due to our rose-tinted textbooks. MLK wasn't as horrific when I took a deepdive after that because it was a similar era and probably even the same kinds of people pulling the strings so when I learned about the Supreme Court Case I had already assumed the government killed him, and I've always kinda had similar opinions on 9/11 to Wendigoon, sorta verbatim to what he said in the video. The Epstein-Maxwell conspiracy deepdive really screwed me up mentally though and I'd wager that it had the biggest impact on who I am today as I'm extremely cynical of most national governments nowadays (and especially certain political candidates who claimed to be friends with Epstein, Maxwell, or people like them for many years) just due to knowing what kinds of behind-the-scenes and covert stuff happens (without mentioning stuff like JFK, MLK, and similar conspiracies). Even the Ratlines from Europe to South America sometimes having Allied assistance and Operation Paperclip taking place rattled me honestly. When Captain America: Winter Soldier came out and the premise was that HYDRA, a German-led secret society, had infiltrated the US government during Operation Paperclip, I laughed and still kind of do because the Krauts didn't infiltrate us in the real world, we invited them with open arms. Look at how the US conducted itself after WW2. The Middle-East, Southeast Asia, South and Central America, Africa. When we were backing someone else against Communists, they were usually authoritarian in some way or just straight-up fascists.

@DeTH2ALLcKrabsXIII To be fair, you have to have a very high IQ to understand Woody's satire. The humor is extremely subtle, and without a solid grasp of theoretical physics most of the jokes will go over a typical viewer's head. There's also Woody's nihilistic outlook, which is deftly woven into his characterisation - his personal philosophy draws heavily fromNarodnaya Volya literature, for instance. The fans understand this stuff; they have the intellectual capacity to truly appreciate the depths of these jokes, to realize that they're not just funny- they say something deep about LIFE. As a consequence people who dislike Woody's humor truly ARE idiots- of course they wouldn't appreciate, for instance, the humour in Woody's existencial catchphrase "I'm catching strays here," which itself is a cryptic reference to Turgenev's Russian epic Fathers and Sons I'm smirking right now just imagining one of those addlepated simpletons scratching their heads in confusion as Dan Harmon's genius unfolds itself on their computer screens. What fools... how I pity them.

1:04:19 Bielefeld is a city in western Germany. One theory of the origins of this myth is that in the early days of the (proto-) Internet, the university of Bielefeld wasn't connected to the german universities network (or something in this direction). So IT-guys and students from different german universities would now each other trough newsgroups and stuff, but no one from Bielefeld. So one day a guy from Bielefeld showed up at a IT conference, and everybody was like...Bielefeld?

47:50 WELLP Time for you 4 boys to start up a round of Barotrauma. Story: Europa (the one you've been talking about) is colonized under the ice. Colonies are setup, but one day all contact with earth and regular shipments of supplies stop. Weird and funky stuff goes on there, gravitation, weird creatures exist and ruins. Factions start battling over power (2 power bases, and 2 religious factions). Gameplay: You are a (crew) of submariners, the lifeblood of europa. You explore, help factions, do shipment and try to survive. This while fighting the dangerous ''wildlife'' and unraveling the wird seismic / gravitational activity at the core of the moon. And yes, some of the creatures have hands :))) and use tools. Game is fun, and terrifying.

Having seen people shot while overseas, I can say confidently that that’s wrong. JFK was shot from the rear. Humans have a skull. When a 6.5 carc goes through the skull, it sends it backwards do to how the energy is transferred within the skull. This has been tested before by shooting a watermelon wrapped in tape to simulate skull. There also is no video of any “shooter”. The shots were made from the book depository.

@@darklyripley6138well to be fair he explains why such film never was released or discussed in a serious matter in trial, also, a watermelon has wayyy different build to a human skull, like it’s not even comparable, damage, complexity, reactionary responses etc
@darklyripley6138
@darklyripley6138 Жыл бұрын
@@trevorphillips8734 Such film doesn’t exist at all. The watermelon test is just an experiment that you can try at home. Nicholas Nillas has done fantastic research on this subject, and while the watermelon is not one to one, it’s close enough to demonstrate the way KE was transferred. “The computed instantaneous KE transfer within the soft tissue is found to be consistent with the formation of a temporary cavity associated with the observed explosion of the head, and subsequent quantitative examination of this phenomenon reveals two delayed forces at play in the backward motion of the President following impact. It is therefore found that the observed motions of President Kennedy in the film are physically consistent with a high-speed projectile impact from the rear of the motorcade, these resulting from an instantaneous forward impulse force, followed by delayed rearward recoil and neuromuscular forces.”

Blacksmith here: A wood fire, no matter how the furnace is set up, even if the middle of the flames are well insulated, no matter how good the airflow is, will never be hot enough to melt steel. Charcoal, which is made of heat-treated wood, can barely get hot enough to draw the oxygen out of iron ore and leave you with iron/steel, if put in a bloomery furnace, which you could build in your backyard if you really really wanted to. Only with a blast furnace; a well insulated furnace, making several tons of steel with every batch, where very pure coal or charcoal (often called coke) is continously added for hours to keep it hot and air is constantly blown in from the side at pretty high pressure, can you actually melt iron/steel. That being said, pour a bunch of jet fuel onto steel and heat it to ~600 degrees celcius/1112 degrees fahrenheit and you can bend a 13 mm / half-inch thick steel beam using your hands. Normal non-heat-resistant steel loses its structural strength real quick once it gets hotter than ~300 degrees celcius and burning jet fuel could do that no problem.

How hot would it have to be to have molten steel running down channels in the stairwells? Firefighters and survivors reported seeing this.
@JappeChristian
@JappeChristian Жыл бұрын
@@MGrant-bj1dc To melt the steel, the flames would have to reach ~1500°C/2732°F, but even at this temperature it would take a while for the heat proofing to be destroyed and the thick steel beams to start melting. For there to be big chunks of molten steel falling down the stairwells, the fire would have to be REALLY hot. It has to melt a lot of steel, keep it molten in puddles and keep those puddles so hot that they would stay liquid even as they fall down the stairwells and start cooling off. Exactly how the firefighters describe it makes a big difference. A big spray of orange hot steel beads, like what you might see when someone it welding, could look like molten steel to someone who doesn't know what they're looking at. The surface of steel also starts burning and throwing off small sparks when heated to about 1200°C. Are you sure that the firefighters didn't say that they saw molten aluminium falling down the stairwells? I could definitely see a jet fuel fire melting aluminium and keeping the surroundings hot enough to keep it molten while a puddle builds up.

Just to point out, Graham Hancock is for the field of archeology what John Money is for the field of biology, except John Money at least had a degree in psychology while Graham is just someone who's entire concept of study is "this thing kinda looks like this other thing, therefore it's something that reinforces my theory".

Yeah, like I can buy ideas that there might have been some extremely early civilizations that collapsed and were completely lost to history except for vague hints of influence found in the oldest archeological sites, but Hancock's ideas of a globe spanning trade empire is absurd, DNA evidence alone shows we didn't have that kind of spread and intermingling going on.

Part about the so called 'magic bullet' is explained away because the diagrams don't accurately represent the sitting order in the car. One thing that the diagrams don't show, is that JFK's seat was a good six inches higher than the Governor's seat. This was due to the design of the presidential limo. Specifically, the rear seat where the President rode, could be raised or lowered to make him more visible. Compound this with the fact that at the time the second bullet left kennedy's knee, and went into the back of the seat, Connely was turned around speaking to the President at the time, it lines up that shot perfectly, and completely negates the oft stated idea that the bullet stopped, changed directions and went somewhere else, or that it left Kennedy's knee at an odd and impossible angle. Lastly, the type of bullet used (6.5×52mm Cartuccia Modello 1895 rimless cartridge) was classified as an 'armor piercing round' developed by Italy in WW1 to penetrate german soldier's armor, it's no surprise the bullet was not mangled. It also, reportedly, didn't strike any bone in its path, so it wouldn't have met enough resistance to be overly damaged.
@DBailey94
@DBailey94 Жыл бұрын
Even if you're right it STILL doesn't explain the bullet being basically undamaged. Bullets always look mangled when they hit something. Always. That specific bullet looked as if they pulled it straight out of the ammo box and said "yep, this is the the one"

Have you ever met someone from Bielefeld? Well then, (maybe) Bielefeld just doesn't exist!" The Internet being the Internet liked this "logic" and ran with it in many variations for a time. Here in Switzerland for instance, the joke took root a few years ago and nowadays my home canton Glarus doesn't exist most of the time.

@januszuvarang6429 It's an extortion ring. A lot being just fabricated blackmail or entrapment. Most people involved are probably innocent of anything involving children, but were still doing shady stuff. A good amount of them told the fbi. The reason the federal government doesn't reveal anything is because it is bad for stability, the economy and it makes the government look bad, same as 911, it is mostly just incompetence. We just don't really know anything, so all we can ask for is for them to declassify. There is no point in the wild speculation. A lot of this stuff is usually more boring than the theories. It was still a trafficking ring, but they weren't flying people in to fuck kids. It was mostly them tricking people into doing shady business to get Intel. It was an Intel op.

Oswald was clearly not supposed to survive long enough to be arrested and when he did, the Outfit sent their man in Dallas on a suicide mission to shut him up. Possibly, Rubenstein was tasked with getting rid of him from the beginning, missed him out in the street afterwards, and then went in to the police station to do it because it was the only way to save his own life. Failure is not an option on that sort of thing.

@darklyripley6138
@darklyripley6138 Жыл бұрын
Basically everything they said was about JFK was wrong. Here are some facts. JFK had been shot from the rear, and the bullet came out the front of his neck/chest. We know this because the bullet keyholed out the front. Meaning it starting to tumble while inside him. There was a bullet fragment that hit the INSIDE of the car window. Which only could’ve happened if someone shot from the rear.
@sonnywilson748
@sonnywilson748 Жыл бұрын
Because there was more than one shooter, at least two. The first shot coming from the front to the neck, the second shot from the back to the head. And a possible third shooter from the rear who hit the driver, or the dude just shot hella fast. Either way there had to have been two shooters.
