I have used it with many of your programs. And now I’m trying to figure out what works best for me through my knowledge and what men like you have provided. -Thank you

I think I've said this before, but in case I haven't: Matt, your presentation style is so excellent. It's not necessarily like a lecture, it's more conversational. I swear sometimes when you throw a "why?" In there it's like you're reading my mind. I have a few professors that could learn a thing or 2 about that...

I do wave periodization schemes the range from hypertrophy, hybrid hypertrophy and strength. With a both base phase (3 weeks of hypertrophy, hybrid and strength) with impulse training in the scheme. Then a peaking phase with the same 3 weak hypertrophy, hybrid and strength ) but no impulse training, and main focuses. on DL, Squats, Bench and OHP. Edit: this is a 18 week program I undulate when I recycle it to the next 18 weeks

Where would you say is a good touch point on chest with the bench ? Or where do they and line the barbell up ? Just under the nips ? Very high upper abs/ low sternum ?

Matt-- I'm wondering if you might get more views with a quick change of your titles and thumbnails. I think most other fitness info channels use the same sort of title & thumbnail themes nowadays. Other channels might've titled this "Maximize Your Strength Gains with the Max Effort Method" or something like that. If I had to add one more thing, I think it would be more visually pleasing if he camera was set at eye level and at a 15- to 30-degree offset. You give us a lot of good info, but I think those small changes could help get your message out there.

Isn’t the other way around? Having the muscle mass to bench 500 gives you the ability to bench 500. You cant max out your way from 315 to 500 without getting bigger. Maxing and specific strength work maximise your strenght potential but it won’t give you any more strenght that your frame cant handle relative to leverage and genetics of course

I see you read my comment keep up the great work. I was thinking that the best bodybuilders also do a lot of cardio because to be Ronnie Coleman or Dorian yates being 300lbs and doing volume with that strength requires a strong heart. Just think about how much weight ronnie moves in the gym during an hour probably like Idk 30,000lbs or more just insane. Thats why I also think the best bodybuilders like ronnie favor heavy weights because heavier weights have a higher muscle damage per rep. The higher strength level and weight level you are the harder it is to do volume with say 585 vs a newbie doing 135 for volume.
