Great to see some more jet boats! I love all the cars but it is nice to see the boats rip as well. Never really been into boat racing until Finnegan introduced me to it with the Muscle Truck engine to jet boat to Muscle Truck swap in a parking lot episode of Roadkill. If I may suggest one thing: get a lapel mic. Rode makes a clip on unit many people use. With a good cover, it should stop most of the wind noise as well. Many of these video's are shot in loud places, so sometimes it is hard to understand what is being said. Of course, you can't mic up everyone, but maybe for the main people in the shot. Does require a sound clap for every new shot or preferably an actual clapper board (they make small ones) to make life easier for the editor.

the nature of racing is that things will break. one of the last times i raced my balancer came apart. i dont race anymore but i do some things in "mexico" every once in a while

I get pushing things to the limit and getting as much as you can out of what you are doing... But... Dyno pulls and getting high numbers is all well and good, but if you can't put it down on the road when the time counts and you are put out in the first round or sooner because something "broke"... Well.... There you go.. I love the channel and all you do, so it's entertainment to me. Keep on keeping on!

They make really cool butt connectors that have solder in them. They were originally designed for the military and used by US Army Combat Engineers and US Navy UDT's in WW2. Now other people have revised the design and made them far cheaper, better and less toxic.

I think a lot of mistakes would never have shown up if the crew and driver stayed sober. Why do they think they need a new exhaust valve? The spring should have returned the valve to keep it from hitting the piston, when the end of the pushrod broke off. No way did the valve get pushed closer to the piston with a shorter pushrod. Maybe you need to check lash on the valves so you have closed valves so it can build compression in the cylinders.
