Someday your children will watch these videos and say; remember when mom was young, Look how young dad looks... My son does that every now and again, he will look at pictures of me when I was really young and tell me you were so beautiful mom, I laugh and say what am I now chopped liver! I wish America could go back to a time when families loved each other and stuck together., like you guys.

Believe me, the rest of the world wishes America would go back to that time too - the polarisation is distressing to witness. I know much of what I see are extreme events picked up by the media, but the comments on youtube are telling of a real unrest and (I think) unnecessary division. Hope it mends soon!

I wouldn’t change it... it’s temporary and will serve you just fine as is. We did a cabin interior in osb it worked out just fine.. the goal is room and a place to stay warm out of the rain. And don’t give in to naysayers. Don’t cave on your original plan.

Painter's tip for future projects: 1st put a roller screen in a 5gal bucket and paint out of it. Less mess, faster production and lower cost since you don't have to buy multiple tray liners. 2nd tint your primer to 65-75% of the paint color. Less paint and less coats. Looking good.

The thing to keep in mind is that during the winter months you will be warm and toasty. As mentioned by George Vangordon JR. that it is temporary and you will be living in a warm and cozy place for the time being. Even if you had to live in this for the next 20 years it would be a warm and secure place to live in. I really admire what you are doing. I spent yesterday trying to gain enough air to breath because of Asthma and it was not very nice. I remember back in the day when I built my first house and you guys are doing it right. To be debt free is the only way. High 5 on this work you are doing. Your kids will remember this for years up the road.

You are doing well. I was taught to use a 16d nail to put 2 holes next to each other in the sealing groove for the paint can. Put them 1/2 way between the handle mounts so that when you pour out the paint, the paint trapped in the groove can drip back into the can. It saves paint and mess. Good Luck, Rick

Last year at this time I helped my 30 year old daughter buy her first condo. Then I drove two days with my wife and dog to the condo. She picked out electrical, doors, lighting and paint. I bought it. Then my wife and I cleaned her condo from top to bottom, repaired electrical installed lights, and painted all of the rooms over a 5 day period. I hated the painting the most. I enjoyed installing doors, new ceiling fans, new bathroom fixtures and lights. All easy. Painting... I hate it. Every time. All the best! Thanks for the video. I ruined two pair of really great jeans while painting.
