Glad to see you finally got around to the Shafer Trail - I did it on my first trip to Utah's Mighty Five and loved it! Can't wait to come back for the full White Rim Road trip.

I loved this video. I'm doing the Moki Dugway/Monument Valley in June. I wanted to to Capitol Reef but the main road is closed for repair so I'll have to come back for that one and Cathedral Valley. You showed me some that I wasn't aware of. Utah is awesome. Thanks for the video.

Which road is closed in Capitol Reef in June? I want to go there too in June

@@bhendrikabel Effective April 29, 2024 the Scenic Drive will close from just south of the Grand Wash Road to Capitol Gorge. Starting May 13, the Scenic Drive south of the campground will close. Expect heavy truck traffic. No end date given.

I don't blame you for being scared. I'm afraid of heights too. I will never drive out of Yellowstone to Cody again. As long as there is a guard rail or even vegetation that I can see next to the road, I'm ok. But, when there is nothing but a sheer drop of thousands of feet at the edge of the road, it scares the crap out of me.
