Vin chaud, una versión de café elaborada hirviendo fruta fresca y vino. Estos granos de café combinan bien con la copa “Gwangan”, que resalta bien la acidez. Se puede sentir claramente el frescor de las manzanas rojas. Sin embargo, en el ambiente actual, una taza blanca tranquila y equilibrada resulta más atractiva que un toque de acidez. Un café con excelente acidez. Si lo bebes con cuidado, podrás sentir los diferentes sabores. La acidez roja es definitivamente notable. No es una acidez de uva muy clara, pero tiene un matiz de uva refrescante.
