Extraction failed. The cause is that I poured too much at once during the last pouring. At this time, the water that does not pass through the ground coffee beans but only passes through the filter on the side goes down to the server. This occurs because it was overlooked that the coffee beans contained a lot of fines. Due to this failure, the "Gwangan" glass, which preserves the acidity, won over the previously winning white glass. If it weren't for coffee I've tried before, I might have thought it was a tea-like coffee. However, I would have said it was a little less sweet. In other words, the coffee beans themselves are not that bad, so even if there is some mistake in extraction, the problem does not escalate to the point where it is not coffee at all. Unexpectedly, it had less aftertaste and was clean, so it was more comfortable to drink than the existing extraction method.

La extracción falló. La causa es que vertí demasiado de una vez durante el último vertido. En este momento, el agua que no pasa por los granos de café molido sino que solo pasa por el filtro lateral baja al servidor. Esto ocurre porque se pasó por alto que los granos de café contenían muchas multas. Gracias a este fracaso, la copa "Gwangan", que conserva la acidez, se impuso a la copa blanca, anteriormente vencedora. Si no fuera por el café que probé antes, podría haber pensado que era un café parecido al té. Sin embargo, hubiera dicho que era un poco menos dulce. En otras palabras, los granos de café en sí no son tan malos, por lo que incluso si hay algún error en la extracción, el problema no llega al punto en que no sea café en absoluto. Inesperadamente, tenía menos regusto y estaba limpio, por lo que era más cómodo de beber que el método de extracción existente.

추출실패. 마지막 푸어링 시 한번에 너무 많이 부은게 원인임. 이때, 원두를 투과하지 않고 옆쪽의 필터로만 통과한 물이 서버로 내려감. 해당 원두는 미분이 많다는 점을 간과했기 때문에 발생. 이러한 실패로 인해, 기존에 승리했던 백잔보다는 산미를 살려주는 "광안" 잔이 승리함. 기존에 마셔본 커피가 아니었다면 나름 티라이크한 커피라고 생각했을 수 있음. 다만, 단맛이 좀 적었다고는 했겠지만. 즉, 원두 자체가 그리 나쁜 원두가 아니다보니, 추출에서 어느정도 실수가 있었더라도 아에 커피가 아닌 지경까지 문제가 커지지는 않는다는 의미임. 뜻밖에 여운이 적고 깔끔해서, 기존의 추출 방법보다 마시기는 더 편안했음.
