Great episode. Wes is a true gentleman. I'm extremely grateful that he is continuing the production of these classic ribbon mics and also developing modern versions. I've used the AEA N8 and the super special (IMO) KU4, and they blow me away each time. On another note...I know that I'm just a bit late to the party, but I'm *EXTREMELY Disappointed* that you guys (Dave & Herb) did not provide A SINGLE LINK or ANY INFORMATION WHATSOEVER in the video's Description area or in the video itself on how to find or hear more of *Marcos Lopez-Iglesias* music! :-( But of course, you guys made sure to post a Link for EVERY f'kin social media site of your *own* and of ALL of your *Sponsors* but *NO MENTION WHATSOEVER* for the *Awesome Musician* that provided you with VALUABLE CONTENT and an *Amazing Song* in 'Revival Rain'! WTF?! Don't get me wrong, I always love listening to what Wes has to say, but MARCOS' contribution is what MADE this episode! But he's not even listed in the End Credits of the video. :-/ C'mon guys, I expect better from you. The MUSIC, and great MUSICIANS, like MARCOS, are the *ONLY* reason you are able to earn a living doing what you do! Please give credit where credit is due. /END OF RANT. Carry on.

I have to agree with you but after buying a pair of the N22s last week I am convinced these are even better than the Royer R122s. So far on Drum overheads, male tenor vocals, and acoustic guitar they have been amazing. Full rich sound with no harshness on the top. I am disappointed with the feature length commercial but Wes is the real deal and so are his mics.

There is plenty free information here. FREE, It's better than a talk show like Conan O'brian where you learn nothing and every show is LITERALLY just pitching movies or albums. If you can't appreciate this for what it is, then I pity you.
