Don't know of him, but the rating of the food was spot on based on looks and presentation from the viewers perspectives That Rasta pasta was not Ras-in', looks too pale, especially the jerk chick The oxtail dish was okay, and to note, not everyone likes their ripe or semi ripe plantain sprinkled with salt. The curry goat was okay based on looks, it was with a different twist, not the original, but like the twist.
