We live in Missouri and frequent SDC. I loved your genuine smiles as you explored the amazing park and food. Outlaw run has to be one of my favorite rides. I'm not a rollercoaster fan, but I love the thrill of that one diving down through the trees. What really made me chuckle though was your reaction going up that hill on the way out. Those who know the park know that hill and it has a nickname of "huff-n-puff hill" because you're huffing and puffing by the time you reach the top. :P lol. If you're ever back in Missouri in November/December, you need to stop by SDC again. The park is beautiful and amazing during the rest of the year, but during the Old Time Christmas season, it's even more breathtaking. I would also highly recommend watching A Christmas Carol in the Opera House (or any of their shows for that matter).

Hi! We can see why you frequent the park! I didn't want to leave after our time there. It just means we have to come back soon! Thank you for letting us know about the Christmas time. Wes and I love that time of year and we would love to come back to see SDC with all of the Christmas decorations and of course the cooler weather. It sounds like it would be lovely! I absolutely loved Outlaw Run, it was unassuming and so fast and fun! My favorite part was exactly that, going through the trees, something that is so different at SDC than here at the Orlando parks we are used to. It made it just that much more fun! Yes, us Florida flat landers were definitely huffing and puffing going up those hills, lol! I can see why it gets that nick name, lol! Thanks for sharing that fun fact! We have been looking at Shepard of the Hills for our next visit. Was the trout hatchery near the bottom of the Dam, I seem to remember seeing some kind of fish farming setup down there. We'll have to looking into the Chateau on the Lake. We did Rop of the Rock and the Lost Canyon Cave Tour on the golf cart which was great (One of our other videos). Can't wait to go back soon! That’s awesome! Outlaw Run was awesome great coaster. It took us by surprise, that run was short by mighty! I bet it’s insane at night. We ride Lightning Rod at night and it was a whole ‘nother level of thrills!

Great couple of videos! We just got back from a day at silver dollar city! I think it could actually be my favourite theme park in the world! Like I love Disney/universal and cedar point is my favourite amusement park (also my first time visiting this trip) but silver dollar city is seriously impressive! Great rides, great food, great atmosphere! I feel that with Disney you have to plan everything and can’t relax so much. SDC and cedar point you can just go with the flow. Favourite rides were time traveller, wildfire, mystic river falls and the cave tour was amazing! To be honest the only letdown was actually food related. I wanted a hot dog but the seller couldn’t sell me one because he had taken so many hot dog orders and people were waiting for them to cook, I had waited 15 mins in line and he said no sorry and then tried to serve the next person! I was like ummm I still want some food! What is available! Nachos or a cookie, so I had the cookie which was nice, but I felt the service was a bit off! We had the spiral potato thing too which was pretty nice! Great to watch this video after a day at the park (watched part 1 last night!) thanks!

It really hard to pinpoint one thing that we loved the most about Silver Dollar City. It really was the overall experience and enjoying the park for the first time. If I had to pick one thing it would be the Marvel Cave, we love caves and being able to experience a cave in a theme park with so much history was fascinating. My favorite ride was Time Traveler and favorite foods were the BBQ and Cinnamon Bread. I thought that the park was affordable. They run specials so make sure to check their website for any specials they may be running on tickets or passes. Thanks for watching and we hope you get to visit soon!
