I resonate with so much of what you say! It's also nice just to have those photos/videos of our personal lives to look back on, so looking at it like that might help us take more? I follow you on Instagram and I also prefer the raw TikTok style reels than the heavily edited ones. Because I usually swipe away when I see the video has too many edits. But this is my personal preference and might be different for other followers of yours. On KZbin, I prefer the heavily edited style because it keeps me engaged visually And audio.

So helpful having you share this Jade. I have found sharing on Instagram disappointing for me whenever I post a photo/reel as the views are always so low even though its fairly regular/(daily in my Instagram stories). The algorithm doesn’t seem to like me on Instagram compared to my KZbin channel. Really wishing it performed better for me.🤞🏻

I'm so glad I came across this video. Short story: had two instagram accounts and was doing ok, infact improving but due to some reasons they got suspended and in the end I had to delete both of them😢 and that led me to fear coming back in the social media space. Now that I've heard you, my confidence is back and hopefully 2025 will be more fulfilling as a doctor content creator❤

The whole personal posts gives me anxiety as well because my personal pics are usually blurry where I genuinely take a dodgy pic in a rush or something 😂😂 also i like to put my phone away when im being present in my life - so I guess its going to need to be an intentional choice to take personal content 😂😂

As a fellow dog mom, i would suggest using the bench time to sit and watch the world go by with your sweet fur baby, because 1. You will never regret it, trust me. And 2. She's here for very little part of our lives, and dogs love their walks and their sit and watch time, especially if they share it with you, so that might be the best part of her day, and being on your phone replying to comments can wait 🥺
