How is it holding up with like this hurricane heading that way? I live in St Augustine and own a house and that storm two years ago went right around st. augustine and jacksonville. I’m gonna visit wesley chapel by the end of the year to look at houses and the neighborhoods. So i don’t mind with dealing with a hurricane or many but what am i giving up in st. augustine and is the move worth it. St Augustine only has roughly 15k people compared to wesley chapels 60k but st. john’s has roughly 300k people. I live at the edge of st. augustine and south jacksonville. So i deal with more of the st. john’s 300k vs 15k. Idc if its ways away from tampa or if it has a small town vibe. I just need enough bike trails since im an Army veteran who bikes heavily for cardio and some information on how wesley chapel fairs in a hurricane. Traffic has gotten insane in st. augustine because of the closeness to jacksonville and being smacked right in the middle of interstate 95. Still doesn’t even come close to Boston traffic though 😂. Hurricanes and bike trails. Great video. Maybe in the future you can go over HOA/CDD average fees and how that side of florida is doing with insurance prices. Over on my side my insurance actually went down this year. Thanks for the video!
