I am a Jamaican, this is my first time commenting on your channel. I practice eating a plant- based eating lifestyle, and I love eating healthy and delicious foods. I will definitely try and make some dishes similar to this one , but without the fish. I have maize meal (corn meal), spinach, and beans, I might cook that today, but add a little Jamaican touch to it. Thanks for the inspiration.

Ok. The Yombeika is steamed. Blend all of your leaves and mesh into a ball with the corn meal or powder I think. Steam for a while.

The Yombeika looks delicious - like Ghanaian falafel. Lovely platter of goodness!
