Great video. It's a few hours north but a place your parents might enjoy is Russell, particularly the cream trip. It's a boat that takes you out around the islands for the day, but avoid school holidays. Also long beach over the hill from Russell is a nice sandy safe swimming beach. I know you've been there before but pretty sure you didn't do either. There's another SA vlog called the family files that show both

Love Piha...however be very careful in the rips and in full summer make sure you wear something on your feet as the Black Sand will BURN 🔥 your feet something wicked.
