I feel like there is so much more value in these old type of documentaries. They seem much more real and down to earth! Malcolm seems like a local hero, would like to meet him and hear his stories!

This is a very old Documentary of WA. seeing the Aussie icon 1963 FJ Holden going though the intersection 403 in Perth I drove across Australia in mine mostly unsealed roads. What a wonderful country we had till the government started to selling it off. It will never be the same.

As someone from Perth, let me be the first to say the narration and dialogue on this is incredibly weird and stilted. Guy speaking is Australian but the script was obviously written by non-native speakers.. Plenty of odd word choices, WTF moments, and a few historically inaccurate facts thrown in for good measure.

Yeah what the hell did he mean by that?

that's weird. Maybe he meant the landscapes and geology compared to the mythical Gondwana

4:16 “the first settlers of australia came here by boat in 1829” 4:36 “slavery of the aboriginees continued for about 200 years” 1829 + 200 = the year 2029 ??? This fool is saying nonsense
@alanbstard44 жыл бұрын
stop talking about Perth being multicultural. People hate that. It's not that diverse anyway. What you are saying about slavery nd genocide is not correct and is actionable in court if the WA gov't decided to do anything about it
