West Baltimore's Notorious Poplar Grove Street

Poplar Grove Street is a street through west Baltimore that connects Edmondson Ave to North Ave. It passes through a residential section of town with some commercial to the north and south. This has been a long underinvested section of town that has struggled with many of the issues common in West Baltimore.

Popular Grove Used to be real dangerous a lot of shootings and Murders
