But most adults who go to adult court end up back in jail most of the time. Notice they cut off the first guy as soon as he started talking about being proactive instead just "lock'ed up." I'm guessing proactive has to do with how to actually prevent crime rather than just being "hard" on crimes after they happen. Shouldn't prevention be a bigger focus than just punishments which haven't really worked anyway?

This bullshit .... these kids are out here stealing cars like no tomorrow and I been told by a few kids all they do is get a PTA release to parent or guardian, go to detention for 2 weeks then they are back at it again ....
