Thank you! The CoC structure in the Army is phenomenal. I love how they pair up the command teams.. PL & PSG, CO & 1SGT, BC & SGM.. it keeps each level strong. Go Army!

The TAC put your sister in an awkward situation. The TAC should have ensured a smooth transition by having the girls meet together in their presence. Otherwise, those firstie mean girls need to humble themselves as future military leaders. Take care of your soldiers, and they will take care of you. It sounds like that meanie's Company Commander enables toxic leadership.

In the male enlisted ranks this would have been sorted with fists. No joke. I saw it happen many many times in basic. Recruits often showing up in formation with black eyes.
