I may have been racist a Klansman, segregationist, did not humanize black people but at least I kept all the senate records and was it's historian.

This isn’t on KZbin, but Mitch McConnell literally forced Byrd unnecessarily to vote on the ACA in person when he was basically on his death bed. When he spoke, he shook his fist at him and yelled “Shame, shame, shame”.

Wonder if cancel culture will ever go after Robert Byrd. Probably not since he was a Democrat
@chrisresnick6839

You think its because he was a Democrat? Maybe it's because he's been dead for ten years and most of the people who are hardcore into cancel culture were too busy being in middle school to care about the Senator from West Virginia back when he was around. Cancel culture sure didn't spare Al Franken...

@@chrisresnick6839 but yet they're going after statues of George Washington, Teddy Roosevelt, Ulysses S Grant....Senator who died within the past 10 years is off-limits due to the Left's statute of limitations, but the father of our country, who's been died for over two centuries and was actually against the idea of holding onto his slaves but legally had no choice due to his debt is fair game. Yes, that makes perfect sense. Here's a line from a new jingle I'm working on: And then in the year 2020 the Left turned its sights to cancel the General of the Union in the Civil War. Dumb da dumb dumb dumb dumb!

@@wavyphoton8205 George Washington, Abraham Lincoln, Ulysses S Grant, Teddy Roosevelt, Christopher Columbus these are just a few of those on a very lengthy cancel culture campaign from a left. I don't think a single one of them can be considered still living.

Oh I get it, you think because the South votes mainly Republican and the South were Confederates back in the day it make it the racist party. Or did values of the south change?
