You're reading my mind man! I actually am planning out my 2023 tours. I've had a VA/NC trip in mind. My cousin went to OD actually. And North Carolina has SO much within a relatively small area, between Duke, NC State, Chapel Hill, Wake Forest, there's a bunch of great options. It'll depend ultimately on who says yes though. I'd like to do a spring tour before graduation if possible. I think I should be able to be on the road sometime in April or May. If I don't get enough response then I'll definitely seal the deal at the IACAC conference where I can just talk to dozens of college reps in person. Thanks for asking!

Oh and I still have some stuff to edit from the Summer 2022 tour. Binghamton, Franklin & Marshall, Pace, and Duquesne are coming up next.

@@score-yourcollegecounselor your video was great. yeah NC has some great schools all in close proximity. u of south carolina not that far either. i suggested ECU mainly bcuz like WVU it is a huge school in NC that falls in the shadows but should have some recognition. like WVU.

Great suggestion, I'll definitely make it a point to hit them up! I love checking out the lesser-known places. Usually when I pick an area I try to land the emails of everyone in the region and just bombard them all but some do sneak by me, so thanks for the idea! I'll definitely try to get out there. And I'm glad you liked the video! Really appreciate you watching

So if you need full tuition, first of all understand that is extremely difficult to obtain. You will need to look for universities that meet 100% of demonstrated need for international students, and there aren't a lot of those. University of Richmond does allow internationals to get financial aid so that's one you could look at. Old Dominion can also give you in-state tuition plus additional scholarships that could amount to almost full tuition. You still have to cover cost of living though in most cases. if you can't do that your odds of getting admitted go way down

Definitely some schools I want to check out in more detail. I didn't have much time last time I was in Texas so I only went to SMU, but I want to do a trip in the south in the future to hit up universities in those states.
