I would say ambient, but there might be other names and genres to describe it, I don’t know.

Besides "ambient", some people call this "New Age", "Chillout" or "Minimalist". But all this labels tend to be very broad, people use them for artists like Vangelis, Mike Oldfield and Jean Michael Jarre too, for example.
