All the best of luck, I find it really relaxing to spend time with myself listening to this type of music as it helps with my mental health. I usually do tai chi, yoga, water painting, meditation - breathing techniques with my eyes closed or just as some examples. There's a bunch of things you can do online called 'artist's dates' if you ever find yourself lonely. Remember despite how alone you feel, we are never truly alone in our own company (bonus points for the cat).

@travishibachi @gogee27 @pitagrozsaraiva Sounds like Christianity and Judaism... just replace the word "God" with the word "Universe" and worship the creation rather than the Creator. Now you may have all the artificial comforts of living a "Spiritual Life" minus the uncomfortable, but necessary truths and conviction and the Grace of the only living God of the Universe. This would actually give you the sense of substance and comfort that you are hurting for this whole time.... but what do I know. No one does and that is the point! Only God knows, not the universe for the universe is only a creation the same way you are... Word to the wise, Repent and Trust God instead! Romans 1:18-32
