my pops has the westcreek revenge and the high voltage FR and he loves them. i mean loves them! weve got high end usa made guitars, japanese, korean and all that fun stuff but these westcreeks definetly compete and as a luthier myself and someone who dials in all his guitars i gotta tell you they came almost perfect! little to no setup needed at all!

I bought the yellow when they first came out at $159 an d have upgraded the electronics and pickups. Your right Dane my first electric was a 65 Kent made by Guyatone S style with crazy high action. I paid $130 for it and a 5watt Kalamazoo practice Amp. I was making 75 cents an hour.

It looks like a mix of SG and an offset 60's Mosrite with the upper horn being shorter than the lower one. Very cool looking and sounding guitar Mr. Z!

Solid guitars IMO I have two the High Voltage and Cerberus. Just got the High Voltage pretty much was set up right out of the box frets all level polished etc. I have several SG style guitars so I passed on the Racer but i keep my eye out for a pre owned one at a decent price just because i really do not need another SG. LOL

Westcreek is doing good things for the affordable guitar players and their guitars are awesome Dane. I own a Westcreek “High Voltage” and it’s one of the best playing guitars in my collection. It’s kinda like Dimebags Washburn “Culprit” and it’s purple. I call it the Purple Nightmare because of the crazy, nightmarish sounds/tone’s that comes out of it lol 😂! Westcreek and Firefly are both making great guitars for the working man and at the working man’s price, which is affordability, but with great QC! It’s a good time to be a guitarist/drummer because we have so many different, and affordable instrument’s to choose from. That “Racer” is a good guitar for a great price, considering that the other companies are charging ridiculous prices for an Axe that cost them little too nothing to make lol. This guitar shows that a person doesn’t have to spend outrageous amounts of money to get a great deal on a great guitar. Be mindful these days people and don’t get had by these brand names lol 😂! F Gibson and Fender because I’m not willing to spend my hard earned money on broken headstocks and snapped necks lol 😂! Nicely done Dane and until next time….
