Western champion returns to Devon

In the guise of western thunderer , western champion comes to the southwest and its visit to Paignton . Caught exiting parson’s tunnel ( Teignmouth), it creeps up the seawall following a local service. I recorded it on the return smashing through Dawlish warren and up the centre road. A triumph for us fans of the class and stirring childhood memories
