Absolutely great stuff. Interviewing people while running is a great idea. So many positive smiles

Its lovely to see you giving attention and time to the 'ordinary' people running WS. Although noone that takes part in WS should be deemed ordinary, they're all heroes.

Very impressing effort you made during the race, Sage! And a great video footage! What was the reason you decided to fill the bottles with plain water rather than with electrolyte?

Hi Sage! Can you maybe make a video talking about tall runners? Are there any disadvantages to being taller (say over 6 feet tall) as a distance runner, for example mechanical or form differences and is that possibly a reason why elite long distance runners over 6 feet tall are rare? I am 6 feet 2 inches tall, 22 years old have been a distance runner for 4 1/2 years and have a dream of one day qualifying for Boston. So far, I have had great performances in the 5K, 10K and 15K and soon training for my 2nd half marathon and then my 1st marathon. Thanks in advance!
