I treasure those moments we shared watching Dale Robertson. I only wished there were more opportunities for my 2 brothers and I to really get to know our dad. He was there but yet he wasn't. That would've made all the difference in the world to us. RIP ole man. We love you!

@@leeb.2930 my father died at 68 years old, too soon, however we spent a good amount of time together at home back in South America watching all our favorite American shows, I moved to the States in 1981 when I was 20 and I still live here in Boise Idaho, We have great memories and I treasure every one of them as well. Greetings.

My dad died at age 85, he was well loved by his friends. He spent most of his time with them. I was raised in south Florida. People always ask me, " why did I leave paradise?" I laughed when people speak those words..lol..one man's paradise could be another man's hell. I don't mean to sound bitter cause I'm a grown man and I've over come many things with the help of my Lord. I at present live near NYC, the Big Apple. lol When I hear the word Idaho I think of potatoes..lol Sorry, I couldn't help it...lol..The heart land? ok. I'm slightly older than you. Not by much. Stay safe bro man.

Nothing like the old stuff. Unparalleled writing, unpapralleled acting. They really don't make em like they used to, and that's the truth. Dale Robertson 2nd to none.

Canadian outlaws were rare, but they had a bad reputation for crossing borders and causing Mayhem. A standard defence was “I burned the WhiteHouse, but I didn’t kill the deputy.” :)

AS soon as I heard that comment about shooting the finger off, I knew there was trouble brewing. I was guessing the miner shot the guy in the face so he wasn't recognizable. But the missing finger will be problematic. EDIT: WOW, then it tricked me, turns out the finger was a convenience. I didn't hear if the sister got the reward money. She should have. Gadz she was cute. But then most of the key female figures in TV of the 50's and 60's were slim and trim. I bet 90% of them had a 24 inch waist.
@carvinlambert68994 жыл бұрын
The sister couldn't collect it, because The wanted man was apprehended by Wells Fargo Agent. The sister however, will collect nothing from her brother , other than what was found on him . Hear-say is not admissible in a court of Law. She could've said he had $100.00 on him, and it still would not matter to the court. The two murders, however, can be Sued for wrongful death, But.. ..They were sure to hang And would not be around for the trial of Wrongful death.

Why didn't they just use the name of an actual place in western Canada, Moose Jaw?
@Rzo1392 жыл бұрын
Number of reasons. If it were named off of a real town, some people from the actual town would be upset if their town is portrayed horribly. Another instance could be due to monetary issues. Some towns could've wanted money if their name was used. Of course, a name like that could have existed. Some towns in western times weren't meant to last long. Or, more than likely, they just wanted to get the point across they were in Canada.

Their lack of knowledge of basic Canadian geography is incredible-- Winnipeg is nowhere near mountains and moose territory-- it is in Manitoba which is basically flat, prairie country. Calgary is in Alberta, two provinces west, then comes B.C. which has the main of the Rocky Mountains and is south of the Yukon where the gold rush took place. It would be like saying the desert is in Vermont.
