Hi Richard, this one has a base at just over $1.3m - with options/upgrades and a lot price, this model in Lakeway I estimate will be 1.5 - 1.6+ depending on the location and lot. There are 3-5 that I know of currently being built in the area, not for sale yet.

I probably stand alone on this, but I HATED the master closet! Having to go upstairs to match my clothing & accessories would be a hard pass for me - and it didn't look like the windows in the workout room opened so there's no adequate way to air out a room you've been sweating in. Other than that, I thought everything else was beautifully done. I will say though, it felt a little like a maze.

Very nice homes but i have a question. Why does it seem to hqve too much window in places where privacy is needed? I see this Alot in these luxury homes in Texas. Im from Florida and it just seems very inviting to burgurlars also. Just break the windows and your in the house..??!

One of the highest requirements that is asked for by buyers in this range is a home with "ALOT of NATURAL LIGHT" coming in. Many builders have adjusted to this desire. With regards to privacy, that is determined by your lot and position -- often times homes in this range do have larger lots and more privacy. With the subject of a crime due to the inviting nature of a home or windows..... I see what you are saying, but I don't know if the variable exists based on too many or less windows.
