Brandon doesn’t believe in evolution and believes the dinosaurs didn’t exist so I don’t know about no bullshit when it comes to Filthy Power lol

So glad you covered speed and cns.. meet so many instructors who always thinks im talking nonsens when asking about speed and volume.. just a note for everyone: this workout is only for sthrenght, if u wanna build some mass, then you need to put in 3-4 days restperiod sometimes.

Looks like a good program, wouldn’t be surprised to see you level up after this. I’d be curious to see the results of someone applying Todd’s west side method while also pulling every week. For my (natural) self personally I’d probably get overtrained, but I’m also not the strongest guy at practice.

I believe this will only be successful if I am very strict about regulating my pulling intensity… otherwise I will definitely overtrain regardless of enhancements…
@ehoc422 жыл бұрын
@@tablemonkeys5262 it'll definitely help pulling with guys that you're stronger than. I only practice once every two weeks now so i can recover enough to push it in the gym, but still have fun and go hard at practice.
