*Question 1:* Could you tell us more about the 'tools' you have for managing the cognitive problems? *Question 2:* I understand that people who get to see a specialists very rarely recover. But I imagine there are many others (like myself) who have only see our GPs and in whom the illness has already stabilized somewhat and for whom the symptoms are not so severe that they are completely bed-ridden. What are the chances of recovery (or at least very significant improvement) for this group of people?
