It's official, this version of Izuku midoriya as the Quirkless Hero is even more badass than the original. It also makes more sense for someone as old as All-for-One would have knowledge of this ancient power , meaning he might be in equal to both All Might and Raley combine. After this the world may know about haki and the candidates to learn this would be kota, uraraka, toga, and maybe Eri & Kirishima.

What if deku was trained by bang (silver fang) from one punch man when bang sees deku trying to defend the kid bakugou and his friends were bullying he chooses to take him in as a student and teaches him water stream rock smashing fist later on deku has a run in with the sludge villain, but when all might offers him OFA he refuses saying he wants to get in with his skill; when he's accepted into UA bang warns him about garou his former student later on in the story deku unlocks a form similar to garou's monster form(since it's deku we'll call it his hero form since he's a hero not a monster)

WoodenPenguin has something almost exactly like this. It’s What if Deku Stayed Quirkless. He’s not directly taught by Bang but is a martial artist with basically the same technique copying ability Garou has. He’s basically Garou but a hero. And he uses Water Stream and Bomb’s style and many others. It’s really good. The slight crossover makes it fun. It’s a new chapter every four weeks

What If Suggestion “What If Deku had a Lava quirk” Quirk name, Lava: It allows the user to turn either produce a lava like substance in small burst or turn their body into a substance that is very similar to lava, if they come in contact with something that the lava overpowers that substance will be added to the lava like, rocks, metal, etc. Downsides if the user touches water they do get hurt and turn to stone forcing them to go back into their regular form and they can be contained by lava proof material.

Head cannon for part 17 Rayleigh hits Midoriya in the head as usual and calls him an idiot for making him worry. They all team up against AFO. They had a minor success until AFO gets pulls out one last trick to try and kill Deku, but Rayleigh pulls a Piccolo and enfuses his sword with Haki and stabs AFO killing him. Deku is on his knees begging for an ambulance or someone and Rayleigh tells him that it'll be OK. He then turns to All Might telling him to take care of Deku. Before he dies Rayleigh hits Midoriya one last time in the head. Midoriya says, "what was that for?" and Rayleigh replied with one final, "Nothing. I just...felt...like...doing...." He dies in Deku's arms and Deku breaks down crying. All Might hugs the boy trying to comfort him.
