My step brother was written up multiple times, but because the union was so strong, he was put into a high school as the resource officer. It’s what we have thought all along. All the good cops are pushed out or fired leaving only the sheep behind who follow corrupt orders. This is why firing and charging officers doesn’t get anything done. All they do is go find the next person and train him to be a tyrant. Policing isn’t about safety or laws, it’s about control and obedience. They want the public to fear them so that people can more easily be controlled. And none of this is going to change until we change the entire corrupt system. The Chief of Police, Mayor, Prosecutors and Judges are all corrupt and cover for each other. Firing an individual cop isn’t going to do anything. To change policing for the better we have to start all the way at the top.

Heart patient and cancer center patient and disabled vet slammed on my chest while cuffed behind my back and my disabled child was with me to see it all. They definitely going to pay this time. I was also a deputy for a county in the state of utah. The administration and supervision threatened to move me into a permanent civilian position if i didn’t come off light duty due to an injury that happened on duty. Then my own Sgt lied and told several people i was faking my injury. I’m glad someone actually recorded her saying that but I guess the admin never cared. I ended up quitting after a couple months of that toxicity. I did find it amusing that all those folks there became doctors overnight. Turns out, I sustained a permanent back injury there and need a spinal fusion. I have plenty of toxic stories from that place as well if you ever want to chat. Keep the videos coming!

Oh man I can’t love/admire you anymore that I already do.. and this is what I was thinking on why you left. I recommend your channel all the time. When I see small videos with injustice happening, I tell them to contact you, San Joaquin Valley Transparency, The Civil Rights Lawyer and a few others to get exposure. A few times I’ve seen channels asking for someone on our team, who’s previously been in law enforcement, to get advice from & I send them your direction. Idk if anything comes from it but we’ve all got to stick together for the greater good. Thanks for sharing your thoughts and videos. I too am an ex-cop and ex sheriff Deputy in North Carolina. I can 100% attest to what you say and do. Both my former departments did stuff like this all the time. A lot of the chiefs and sheriff's know each other and as soon as they view you as a threat to the empire they've built, you're black listed. I've been straight up denied employment by other agencies because my ex chief would call once he found out I was applying and would completely blackball me. "He doesn't do well with authority, he doesn't take orders, he's never on time" all of it lies. You stand up for what's right and get screwed. For those curious, look up North State Company Police. Terrible department with terrible officers. Unfortunately some of the bad ones have spread out and moved on to other departments now. In the end, to the rookies that read this, uphold your oath, even if that means going against admin. Also, you document EVERYTHING. They will come after you, so the more evidence you have on your side, the better. Lastly, if you feel you can't uphold your oath, leave the department. No one whos worth it is gonna give you crap for leaving. Don't let them corrupt you.

A 3 letter government agency needs to be formed to regulate and monitor the police. The same way the ATF will go into liquor and convenience will go undercover into stores to make sure they aren't selling to minors. What gets me if a cop gets fired he can go to the next police department down the road and get hired with no problems. If a cop rats out his department he will get black listed and never get hired by any police department again.

Hey Abiyah as a retired deputy sheriff I appreciate your perspective and share it 100%. I was blessed to have a few co-workers that had integrity and honored their oath which made my daily job tolerable. I can't say the same for most of the deputies in general and the administration. The lies, corruption, pettiness, criminality, retaliation, arrogance, and childishness of the people I worked for was sickening. Regrettably, it became clear to me that that's the type of people the politicians want to enforce their will.

​@@dorianward4909 I went to two different academies. The first one (1994) was run by some retired LAPD captains that were honorable men and they taught us Constitutional principles. After I graduated I got hired by a relatively small county agency that only accepted the county sheriff's academy so I had to go through that academy too. The mentality of the instructors at the sheriff's academy was much different and the instruction was based on what corrupt judges said cops could get away with whether it was Constitutional or not. Eventually the agency I worked for merged with the sheriff's department and I became a deputy sheriff. There were a few really good people in that department (maybe five percent) but for the most part they hated the Constitution and were despicable, childish, dishonest, arrogant, retaliatory people in general with no respect for the law, human rights, or anything else. The lieutenants seemed to be the worst for some reason.
