Hell 90% of the trouble law enforcement has is because 99% of the people they run across don't really know at all how our system really works. Let me tell you a little local story to show how hard it is to overcome people's biases. About 10 years ago our local narcotics squad got caught raiding a home and after they searched getting a warrant. They were caught dead to rights by the alarm system. What do you think happened to the cops and evidence? Scroll down a little bit I'm hiding the answer. The judge ruled all the illegal evidence would have been inevitably discovered during the warrant. The cops weren't even Brady listed because doing so would screw up 2 decades of cases. That's how our system really works.

You can’t take an *actual* American flag and color it, turn it into a table cloth or underwear, etc. You absolutely can take the *pattern* of Old Glory and color it however you wish, even making a gay pride flag or blue line flag if you desire. There’s a difference between taking the actual flag and simply using its design. PS. I have looked it up.

Coming from a family of law enforcement I was always told never talk to cops. Give them the necessary info for the interaction if it’s a traffic stop then stfu on a terry stop just stfu. They will find a way to twist up everything you said to fuk you.

If the mother were to read this, I would tell her that she’s doing a wonderful job. Everything she said was 100% accurate. That aggressive cop was the one making the situation dangerous. And to the dumb cops statement that she did not have her hand on her gun, if a private citizen were to be in the presence of a cop, and he rested his hand on his gun, he would be shot. The amount of distain the police have for people is abhorrent. You can bet that had this been 10 years ago where body cameras and cell phones did not exist, the cop would have fabricated charges on the mother. The cop deliberately extended the stop, there was absolutely nothing stopping her from using her radio to run the criminal background check on the victim, without going to her car. Had the smart mother not been present, I can assure that the cop would have attempted to search the car, and hold the victim there interrogating him about drugs, guns, and whatever else was part of the fishing expedition.

On that last 1, that trooper kept asking about his window not being down.he said its kinda for defense, and thats true. If you have it down, they'll lean in and claim they smell weed. @@jaywinner328 yes but when they are comprised of volunteers from the immediate area they would be less likely to act that way. Each militia would police it's own. Where cops hide behin miles of red tape and politics a militia man that acts that way would get a simple beat down like most of these cops need and boom no more feeling the need to be billy badass Due to the fact that we no longer fight to survive and have basic needs met we have changed basic functions of society really out of boredom and things have been made extremely over complicated for instance there are thousands of laws on the books when you really only need a handful of basic laws.. We cant just stand by and allow what is already a rabid gang of tyrants to walk all over us bc our own muscle might be Tyrants. Of course it's possible but the only way to swing power and liberty back in our favor is to regain the monopoly on force. The gov doesn't fear us on any level they have given themselves near complete impunity. It will not change through the power of the pen they have made sure of that. Mainly by brainwashing people into voting for the guy they see on tv. The little local guy that really cares rarly gets in bc he doesnt take special interest money and cant afford major campaigns people are in general dumb sheep and wont vote for them bc they're molded to vote for the guy that has a large flashy campaign instead of the little guy that goes door to door himself with his family and friends.
