Oh my god I feel for ya wetmovie. I had a friend who was exactly like that Gabe dipshit. He would always invite himself over to my house although I've told him multiple times to ask me for consent before he comes over. I remember one time he texted me saying that he's coming over (doesn't even ask if he could). I replied back saying "did I ever say you can come over?" Then this little shit has the nerve to say "Your mom says I can come over whenever I want. I don't need your permission! I'll camp there if I want to!" Eventually, I blew up on him over text and told him that we shouldn't talk anymore. He might have thought I was joking about that but he has never contacted me since. If he comes over randomly some day, I will tell him to piss off but if he refuses, he will receive the backhand ^.^

You should start NOT answering your door until 3pm!!!! Just let him mumble in the hallway, call - just watch tv, let him know your walking around & ignore him UNTIL 3pm.... then at 3pm open your door. "It's 3pm, thats when we said NOT 11am". simple. Just keep doing that ignore him until WHEN your supposed to get together. His pea brain will figure that out after about 10 times.
