Yamaha Zuma 50F Charmo 75.6cc Big Bore Kit Performance

Installed a new BBK to the 4 stroke Zuma to maximize power and my Malossi 13/44 up gears.
I’ve put so much money and time into this scooter that it’s now like a stock 125cc Zuma lol originally upgraded this for my gf but alas we broke up and she’s moved on so I might as well let my friends use this scooter.
I had a NR Magic Exhaust on it but it kept making my Zuma overheat so I had to switch back to the stock exhaust which it’s been running fine. Rarely overheats and that’s only if I’m going down a lot of hills maxing the RPMs our for too long. This 4T Zuma also has the same engine as the Yamaha C3 (Vox in Japan and Giggle in Europe)

Wondering after all the mods what's your MPG now? Also any issues with reliability you've noticed? Temp issues? Other issues? Currently I have a yamaha C3 and am considering modifying it for increased top speed to do more long distance runs 130+ mile trips one way.

Not worth it. Worth putting the money into a 125. Awesome to see a zuma 50f going this fast tho👍🏻

OMG its exactly the same for my aerox 4, thank you cause in europe we can find 68cc max for this motor (in europe this motor is in MBK nitro, MBK ovetto, YUamaha Aerox, Yamaha Neos) im recognize the motor its the same, where did you buy this product ? thanks man

Adam janssen Mine is a 2015 model. Yes these parts will work for you. All model years 2012-2019 are the same 4 stroke 50cc engine

Hugo Agraz Pérez no it will not run well unless you have a fuel tuner or bigger fuel injector. I installed the polini 66cc big bore kit in mine without the fuel tuner or bigger injector and it didn’t run good. It was like a slug and would not go above 30 mph

Tim Benham you are correct. My polini kit came with a bigger fuel regulator which I used for this big bore kit AS WELL as a digital fuel tuner to increase the fuel supply and that’s called “The Beast Tuner” by Rolling Wrench

My adly thunderbike 50 with a jog minarelli engine stock no mods and does 53 mph now I have 70cc big bore kit on it and a 19 mm carburetor intake and airbox and I goe about 65 now .........them Zuma's are slow lol you put lots of money in that thing and it is super slow my goodness .......there 2 heavy of a scooter man and only 50mph on a flat .....you need to figure out what needs to be done to 60 plus mph from it

Richard Mccracken that jog engine you installed is a two stroke engine. Comparing a 50cc 4 stroke to a 50cc two stroke is like comparing an apple and an orange. They are different fruits and therefore taste different. All two stroke 50s are faster than 4 stroke 50s but they’re all terrible on gas. Sure you can go much faster but you get what? 40-50 mpg? I got it so I didn’t have to buy two cycle oil all the time and plus I average 90-100 mpg even with the big bore kit. I have a zuma 125 and a Honda forza 300. I didn’t get this because I needed it to go 60+. I got it for my then gf at the time to ride with me because she only has a driver’s license.
