Very cool, wish I was there! Have the Hapuna @ 5:35 been fed before as that doesn’t seem like natural behaviour?

It’s a marine reserve. Only place in NZ where they are in shallow enough to see really. They used to be shallow water species but were pressured out deeper due to their aggressive hunting style making them easier pickings for coastal fisherman

@@stealthy919 gotcha, but the way the Hapuka were behaving reminded me of the way Snapper and Blue Cod used to behave in Goat Island reserve when people fed them
