Jalen Hurts was basically Justin Fields Lite 2 years ago, he's got a great oline and Devonta and AJ Brown n now look at him. DJs had an abysmal oline, consistently top 3 in most pressures, had Jason Garrett who ran the worst offensive systems I've seen and has NEVER had a WR who u could even call a good WR2 let alone a WR1.

Eli was never that "superstar" QB like they talk about Mahomes or Burrow. However he was consistent competitive solid great player that showed up day after day week after week months after months year after year. If Eli won us 2 SBs, why not DJ. Media never loved Eli like NYFans do but he still won 2 SBs. I believe with enough support cast around him, DJ will be good enough to win us SB.

Something people keep forgetting about I think.... DJ has everything he needs now to really show the front office what he is capable of. To really show how good of a QB he is. IF he doesn't do well or is just meh...Giants have the ability to walk away after the second year of the 4 year contract. I feel like Schoen and Daboll saw ENOUGH to give him a couple of additional years PLUS all the pieces a QB would need to be successful. And if Jones cant live up to it, they part ways.

Jones loses accuracy with the deep ball and he lacks touch. That’s why he only looks for 25 yards and in. That has to stop and improvement needs to be seen early.

I agree. He underthrows a lot of deep throws and fans think I’m hating on the guy. I love Daniel Jones but I want him to take that next step and convert some of these deep passes that the best in the league can do. I’ve seen him hit deep receivers in stride. But it’s gotta be more consistent if we really wanna be taken seriously to contend.
