WFPB Vlog: The Big Update (Take 6)

The ramblings of the English dude in Berlin continue... the long and frustration-filled road to getting this update out and just explaining WHY it's been a while since the last video has been a slog. This is definitely more rambly and less focussed than most of my videos, so if that's not your thing, I'd probably advise skipping it. This is more life update or diary entry than weight-loss update!

Do I need a legal disclaimer? Not sure... basically do the sensible thing and talk to a doctor before doing any drastic weight-loss or making crazy decisions. wow, Martin, you sure had a lot of things going on !! Yes, sometimes life does get in the way, . I had an MRI for May 29 th, the hospital called me couple days ago, to cancell it, they will call back to give me new appt., after this CV thing is over with, if, it ever is.
