I've heard this music on my local PBS affiliate (WOSU Columbus) as well-the first part was in a pledge drive promo circa 1995 (0:47-1:17), and the other was used as background music for the nightly program lineups from '89 up until their 1992 package overhaul (1:18-1:47).

@@ryanpascual9598 : Maryland Public Television used the just watch us now music as well, even though I was not born until 1996, and in 1996 Maryland Public Television was already using the 1993/94 graphics, which were used until like 1999 when the cursive M debuted.
