Chicago police have made two arrests in connection to the murder of a father of two from Chicago's Dunning neighborhood last month.

Its amazing that a criminal would go out to commit a crime in this day and age and take their cell phone. As if tower pinging and call data logs weren't common knowledge. It's literally the only thing that can definitively place you at the scene of a crime. Even ring cameras and eye witness testimony can be unreliable in court. But cell data GPS is definitive.
