That was truly extraordinary. I have owned crustaceans before in my aquarium and I know they can regenerate limbs but the process is usually much more conservative. If it loses a leg or 2, you will see the limb buds and the next time it molts, it will become a tiny leg and each successive molt, the leg will get bigger but it takes a few molts before you get a functionally-sized limb. If one loses all its legs, it's goner, which is what I thought when I saw this crab with just 2 claws. The ability to regenerate 8 working sized limbs in one molt is truly heads and shoulders above even what its other arthropod cousins in the animals world are capable of. I've never seen limb regenerative capability so impressive before.

I have loved Deep Look channel since the first time I saw their video. The narrator's voice is friendly but humorous as well as the music and filming quality are pretty good.
